Blueprint for Wellness

Blueprint for Wellness is Saturday, November 15, 2025, 9am – 1pm in the Charity Missionary Baptist Church Banquet Hall.  Participants will receive a comprehensive health screening from Quest Diagnostics. This screening is confidential and will give results to you privately in a booklet by mail or online.
